100% Demagnetization Before Packaging Products

Customers purchasing precision machining parts may not mind whether the spare parts bought are had an demagnetization . Acctually, this is not the matters with customers. This is matters for machinery processing manufacturers. It is the basic work of mechanical processing factory. For Kanou Precision , this is the rule, witten in our ISO file requirements.

Do you know below several points ?

First, why is there some magnetic on precision parts ?
1 machining of metal parts in the various processes will be fixed on a variety of mechanical equipment , methods fixed are mostly charged magnetic so that parts are with electromagnetic. High precision complex parts are relatively with higher electromagnetic.
2. Precision parts in the machining process grinding off, milling, etc. will bring the magnetic。
3 parts in the fine cleaning process will bring the electromagnetic.
4 parts in the electroplating and other surface treatment processes will bring electromagnetism, etc.



Second, Why should we deal with demagnetization on precision parts?

1 For high performance requirements of parts , if you do not have demagnetization or  without a net demagnetization , The magnetic field line part will easily absorb  something iron powder with water and it is not easy to completely clear trough even after many non-mechanical cleaning , and the section absorbed iron will be easily oxidized rust.

2 The remanence magnetization on precision parts will affect instrumentation measurement and result in inaccurate results.

3 The remanence magnetization precision parts will affect usage of the workpiece compass, meters and other precision measuring devices.

4 If remanence magnetization is large , bearings and other operation on the workpiece will adsorb iron or iron magnetic powder, causing bearing worn, making operation difficult;

5 If remanence magnetization is big in oil system, it will absorb iron or iron magnetic powder, affecting oil circuit smooth;

6 . The workpiece need to be continuously processing , the remanence iron adsorption on the surface of the tool or workpiece will affect surface finish;

7. If the remanence magnetization on workpieces is large, and they are  for arc welding, the arc will cause remanence deflection, resulting in welding position deviation;

8 Large remanence magnetic on workpiece will be difficult to clear .

9 When the magnetization direction of the workpiece is at least two, if the second procedure can’t overcome magnetization brought from the first one,  can cause poor magnetic particle inspection results,  at this time, the processing needed to be stopped in the middle and need another demagnetization.In summary precision parts must have a demagnetization.

How to demagnetize  ?

Processing the part again by tempering . But it is not likely to make for a precision part .

With a special demagnetizing instrument, simple operation, the effect is obvious, we do 100% demagnetization on the precision machining parts using such equipment demagnetization process.It is used to eliminate the residual magnetization generated by machining a device, which has the magnetic field lines generated by the electromagnetic coil, directly or indirectly, demagnetizing by the magnetic force lines  interference of the original workpiece to reach demagnetization. There are mainly Flatbed demagnetizer, Frame type demagnetizer ect. in the domestic .Platform demagnetizer mainly do demagnetization by leading the coil inside into a surface to work through iron core.   Frame type demagnetize is mainly through the coil inside the magnetic field lines cutting the workpiece workpiece reaches demagnetization remanence effect. Demagnetizer required alternating current to magnetize  the coil.
Demagnetizer modified can be used as separator and other equipment.
